HTC 10 with QHD display launched in India at Rs 52,990

HTC has launched it full metal flagship HTC 10 in India for Rs. 52,990. This smartphone will be available starting 5th June and the first 500 buyers will also get the Ice View HTC 10 cover. This phone was introduced globally in April this year.

This device will come in 2 version in India, one with Snapdragon 820 chipset has been announced and the stripped down version which is termed as HTC 10 Lifestyle, comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 SoC. HTC 10 Lifestyle, however, has not been unveiled in India yet.

The processor is paired with 4GB of RAM, and the smartphone comes with 32GB storage option, along with a microSD card slot with support for up to 2TB

The HTC 10 comes with a 5.2-inch QHD super LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixel and Gorilla Glass protection. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based Sense UI and has a 12MP UltraPixel f/1.8 camera at the back along with a 5MP A/F selfie camera. The front camera comes with f/1.8 aperture, optical image stabilisation (OIS), laser auto-focus, and 4K video recording capabilities.HTC 10 Specifications

It also features Pro mode, Auto HDR, HTC Zoe, hyper lapse and slow motion mode. Up front is a 5-megapixel autofocus selfie camera with 1.34MICROm pixels, OIS, f/1.8 aperture, auto HDR and ultra-wide angle lens.

The HTC 10 also features the world’s first ‘stereo 24-bit Hi-Res audio recording capabilities, which is able to capture up to 256 times more detail than standard recordings, a fingerprint scanner embedded into the home button, HTC BoomSound Hi-Fi edition with Dolby Audio support, and a 3,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. Connectivity options include 4G LTE support, NFC, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and USB Type-C port.
