Vivo V5s To Launch on 27th April in India

Vivo is all set to launch its latest smartphone the Vivo V5S in India. The company has sent out invites for an event that will be held on 27th April. Although Vivo has not yet disclosed device specific details yet, however going by the invite it seems to be another selfie focused smartphone from the house of Vivo.

Vivo V5s Specifications

As per the inputs from the sources, the speciation of Vivo V5s might be same as the Vivo V5 (Review) that was launched a couple of months back.

Going by the invite, the Vivo V5s will be coming in a black variant. The company recently launched an IPL Limited edition black variant of Vivo V5 Plus (Review).

Vivo V5s will have a 5.5-inch full HD (1080p) display with 2.5D curved glass on the top and will be housed in a full metal unibody design.

The Vivo V5s is expected to be powered by a MediaTek MT6750 octa-core processor paired with 4GB RAM and there will be 64GB onboard storage with further memory expansion option. The handset will be powered by a 3000 mAH battery. Th handset is supposed to house a 20 MP selfie camera along with a moonlight flash.

The Vivo V5s is a dual sim handset which will have 4G VoLTE support and will have a fingerprint sensor located under the home button in the front.

On the software front, the Vivo V5s will run on Android Marshmallow 6.0-based FunTouch OS 2.6 and will have Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and 3.5 mm audio port as connectivity options.

The Vivo V5s is expected to be priced around Rs. 20,000 while the V5 is priced at Rs. 17980 and the V5 Plus is priced at Rs 25990.
