The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 was a disaster. It had to be recalled faster than it reached the markets and this fiasco costed Samsung a bomb, quite literally. However, Samsung bounced back pretty well with the Samsung Galaxy 8 and Galaxy S8 Plus. The success of the Galaxy S8 has raised the expectations from the Samsung Note 8. From the reports that we are getting, the upcoming smartphone will be Samsungs’ costilest ever.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Release Date
While there are a lot of rumours around the exact launch date of Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Venture beat reports that the Note 8 may be released in September however quite a few other leaks suggests that it may be released in August itself. If Samsung decides to release the phone in September than it will be directly pitted against the Apple iPhone 8. Releasing it in September will also give Samsung more time to test the batteries this time. Samsung has implemented an eight-point battery test and reassuring users that their phones are safe.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Specs
This year the Galaxy Note 8 may carry the best hardware and is said to come with the Exynos 8895/Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM. Leaks also suggest that the Note 8 will sport a dual rear camera setup with a couple of 12 megapixel f/1.7 sensors with a focal length of 26mm. The cameras will come with built-in with image stabilization and phase detection autofocus.
The Note 8 will have a 6.3″ edge to edge AMOLED display like the Galaxy 8 series. It is also expected to retain the 18.5:9 aspect ratio. A 3300 mAH battery is supposed to power the Galaxy Note 8, slightly lesser than the Galaxy Note 7 yet larger than the Apple iPhone 7.[wpsm_ads1 float=”none”]

Since the Note series is a premium series, it comes wiothtop notch features like better camera, higher processor, a better display and othr important features like S-pen etc, the phone turns out to be pricey. However, this year, the upcoming Samsunbg Galaxy Note 8 will be the costliest of Samsungs device at $900 or about £707 reports Venture beat.
