Panasonic today launched its new phablet named Eluga Note. The company has confirmed that the Panasonic Eluga Note will be available across platforms in India and is priced at Rs. 13,290.

panasonic eluga noteThe Panasonic Eluga Note has a 5.5-inch full HD display and comes with 3GB RAM, 32GB inbuilt storage and a 3,000mAh battery to power the device.

Panasonic Eluga Note features and specifications

The new Eluga Note comes with a MediaTek Octa-core processor backed by Android Marshmallow OS. It features a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS LTPS display and a 16 mp rear camera with f1.9 aperture and triple LED flash along with a 5 MP front camera.

Eluga Note features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) LTPS display with a pixel density of 403ppi. Internal Storage on the device can be additionally expanded using a microSD card (up to 32GB).

Its highlight feature is that it supports VoLTE i.e. it supports voice calls over mobile data on supporting networks. It supports dual-SIM is compliant to 4G Indian LTE bands, 3G HSPA+, Wi-FI 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and other standard connectivity options.  Eluga Note also has an inbuilt InfraRed blaster to control IR-based home electronic appliances. The smartphone will be available in Champagne Gold colour only.

Going be the specifications and the pricing, although Panasonic will face a very still competition against the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, LeEco Le 2, Moto G4 Plus, Asus Zenfone Max(2016) etc. however, considering that Panasonic’s main target market is Tier II cities, this phone should do well in offline market.
