Just after more than a few months since its global launch, Huawei P9, first smartphone developed in partnership with Leica, has been launched in India. As reported earlier, Huawei introduced its latest flagship device with Dual rear cameras., the Huawei P9, in an event yesterday at New Delhi.
Huawei P9 Specifications
Huawei has put a lot of focus on details and this hard work has really paid off. The Huawei P9 is a beautifully crafted smartphone. It comes with a 5.2 inches Full HD (1080p) display along with a 2.5D glass on top. The phone features Huawei’s in house 2.5GHz octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 955 processor.
It comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. P9 comes housed in a metal body with a 360 degrees fingerprint sensor located at the back. The Huawei P9 comes with a 3000mAh battery on board, packed inside a slim 6.95mm body.
Let us talk about the highlight feature of the smartphone, i.e. the dual rear cameras. The P9 features two 12MP sensors at the back. One will be a monochrome camera while the other will be an RGB color sensor. The former sensor will aid the phone to take more accurate shots along with black and white pictures. These two will work together for taking some great shots. An 8MP camera is present on the front to make it an ideal shooter for selfies.
On the connectivity front, the phone comes loaded with all the necessary options like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, 4G. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Accelerometer, and Gyroscope.
The phone with come with colour options like Ceramic White, Titanium Silver and Prestige Gold. Huawei P9 is priced at Rs.39,990 and is available for sale on Flipkart starting August 18th, 2016.
At the event, the company also announced the Stainless Steel edition of the Huawei Watch will go on sale in India via Flipkart at 3pm IST in India, priced at Rs. 22,999[quick_offer]
