Honor, Huawei’s sub-brand has launched the Honor 9i in India. The highlight of the phone is its dual camera setup on both front and rear along with the full HD display with 18:9 aspect ratio that keeps the bezels to the minimum. It was introduced as Maimang 6 in China and as Nova 2i in Malaysia.

The Honor 9i is a beautifully crafted device that comes with a FullView display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and comes with metal unibody design. The phone comes with a 5.99-inches full HD 2.5D curved glass display with a 2160*1080 pixel resolution.
On the optics part, the Honor 9i comes with a 16-megapixel rear camera along with a 2-megapixel secondary camera that helps to capture depth of field information and a 13-megapixel front camera with a secondary 2-megapixel camera.
The phone is powered by an octa-core Kirin 659 processor clocked at 2.36GHz coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. There is a dedicated memory card slot to increase storage as well.
On the software front, the phone comes EMUI 5.0 on top of Android 7.0 Nougat and is powered by a 3340 mAH battery. The phone comes with a fingerprint sensor located at the back.

The phone would be available in three colour variants Prestige Gold, Aurora blue and Graphite Black. Honor 9i is priced at Rs. 17,999 in India and will be exclusively available on Flipkart starting October 14th.
